NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25252037 – ANC Airside Construction Administration and Inspection Services

Term Agreement 2025

Contractor shall provide construction administration and inspection services for various projects at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). The anticipated scope of work includes but is not limited to engineering, constructability reviews during design, construction inspection, SWPPP inspection, electrical inspections, materials testing, documentation, GPS surveying, CAD drafting, pay item quantity calculations, and office work for the designated projects at ANC.  The Contracting Agency intends to award one (1) contract.  The Contractor shall ensure the construction contractor's work is accomplished in substantial conformance with the contract documents, Alaska Construction Manual, FAA requirements, and applicable permits.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately April 2025 to April 2027.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be over $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available March 6, 2025, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than March 27, 2025, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
