RFP-2025-015-Nipawin Airport- Runway Rehabilitation

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to solicit proposals from qualified contractors for the rehabilitation and enhancement of airside infrastructure at the Nipawin Airport. The scope of work includes milling and crack repairs on the primary runway, application of a fog seal coat over the entire runway and taxiway surfaces, and the expansion of the turnaround area through new asphalt paving.

Proposals to be received by 2:00 pm on Friday June 27th, 2025.

SUBMITTAL

One (1) electronic copy of the proposal can be submitted by email to tenders@nipawin.com by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on June 27th, 2025. and in addition to the other requirements for submissions, meet the following conditions:

Subject Line to include: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – Nipawin Runway Rehabilitation– Nipawin Airport
Message Body to include: Respondent Name, Company, Contact Information.
Submission Attachment: The submission must be in .pdf format with the Project Name and Proponent’s name in the file name.

OR

One (1) proposal shall be signed and submitted and sealed in an envelope marked "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL– Nipawin Runway Rehabilitation– Nipawin Airport – Nipawin Airport.” Proposals may be mailed or dropped off at the Town of Nipawin Office, Box 2134, Nipawin, SK. S0E 1E0. Proposals must be received prior to 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on June 27th, 2025

Submissions will be date and time stamped based on the date and time shown when the proposal is received. If sent by email and multiple emails are required, the time of the final email will be used. Facsimile submissions will not be accepted.
