NIIMBL is seeking a venue in Puerto Rico to host a dynamic two-day national conference dedicated to advancing talent acquisition through strategic industry-academic collaboration. This convening will bring together thought leaders from biopharmaceutical manufacturing, higher education, workforce development organizations, and training providers to foster meaningful dialogue, build partnerships, and accelerate the development of a robust talent pipeline. Through curated networking opportunities and collaborative sessions, the event aims to catalyze innovation and strengthen the future workforce ecosystem.
