RFP NIIMBL-2026-0458: 2027 NIIMBL National Meeting Venue

Introduction

The University of Delaware and NIIMBL are soliciting proposals for hotel accommodations, meeting space, and a food and beverage package from a qualified venue in the Washington, D.C., area for NIIMBL’s 2027 National Meeting.

National Meeting

The NIIMBL National Meeting is our premier hybrid event, designed to foster critical, cross-sector conversations under NIIMBL’s confidentiality framework. Because of the sensitive nature of these discussions, access to meeting spaces is restricted, and other groups may not share or flow through these areas. The program convenes 350 to 450 stakeholders, including federal agencies and thought leaders from the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry and academia.

The event dates will be Tuesday, June 22, 2027, through Thursday, June 24, 2027, with pre-function events on Monday, June 21, 2027.
