RFP-2027-NHH-01-MEDIC: Medicare Cost Report Consultation Services

New Hampshire Hospital and Glencliff Home

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, New Hampshire Hospital and Glencliff Home (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals ("Solicitation" or "RFP") from qualified Vendors to provide consulting services to the Department for preparing Medicare Cost Reports (“MCR”) that are in compliance with federal requirements, and accurately represent costs for the Department, in order to maximize reimbursement.

Qualified Vendors should demonstrate:

• Knowledge of Titles XVIII - Health Insurance for the Aged and Disabled, and XIX - Grants to States for Medical Assistance Programs, of the Social Security Act;
• Knowledge of state and federal Medicare and Medicaid rules, laws and audit procedures;
• Knowledge of the Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) program; and
• Financial knowledge and experience with psychiatric facilities.
