NEXT GENERATION 911 CALL

HANDLING EQUIPMENT

Bid #RFP2024-35

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified companies to replace/upgrade the existing 9-1-1 call handling equipment with new modern call handling equipment capable of connection to an ESInet and able to process NG9-1-1 calls which may include voice video and text messages. Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 3:00 P.M. on April 12, 2024.

The proposal request may be viewed on the City’s Website at www.stjosephmo.gov under Government/Bids & RFPs. Proposal requests may also be obtained from the Purchasing Department, 1100 Frederick Avenue, Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri or by calling (816) 271-5330.
