The City of Tybee Island, GA will be accepting proposals for South End Business District Lighting & Electrical Project. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 2:00 PM ON TUESDAY, APRIL 15, 2025 to Aleesha Robinson, at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 2, at 2:00pm in the Tybee Island City Hall Conference Room (403 Butler Ave). Direct all questions in writing to Cassidi Kendrick at cassidi.kendrick@cityoftybee.gov The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
