RFP Municipal Building Improvement Feasibility Study
The City of Forest Park, a municipal corporation, is seeking a proposal for professional services for a feasibility study that will include an analysis of the current state of the Municipal Building, Fire Department, and two newly acquired buildings: the former Library branch (655 Waycross Road, “the old library”) and the former Waycross Racquet Club (1990 Waycross Road, “the racquet club”); space needs analysis; and potential funding sources.
