The City seeks to acquire a multi-mission fire/rescue vessel capable of operating in shallow water environments along the Mississippi River. The vessel will support emergency response, fire suppression, rescue operations, and port security missions.
Scope of work: design, manufacture, and deliver a fully equipped fire/rescue vessel meeting the operational needs of the Bettendorf Fire Department and the requirements of the Port Security Grant Program (PSGP). The awarded vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, testing, documentation, and training necessary to deliver a complete, mission-ready vessel.
