RFP - Mulligans Miniature Golf Improvements

Project Description: The City of South Jordan is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to make various improvements at the Mulligans Miniature Golf Course located at 692 W. South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan, Utah. The improvements include, but are not limited to: refinishing, repairing, and improving existing faux rock structures and creating additional faux rock structures, repairing ponds, improving and leveling water features, constructing a fountain feature, and installing additional lighting.
Anticipated completion is April 30, 2026.
Proposals will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All proposals shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time. The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part.
All inquiries and responses must be made online via Bonfire. No paper proposals will be accepted.
The City reserves the right to reject any proposal if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the proposal is not responsive, or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City.
