RFP 260014 - MTC TOWER DUCT CLEANING

Project Description: SCOPE: The scope of work for this procurement includes cleaning the ductwork systems serving the 2nd through 7th floors of the Metropolitan Transportation Center (MTC) at 181 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, NY 14203. Included in the scope of work is all labor, tools, materials, equipment, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as outlined herein with an option to add on cleaning of AHU1 and AHU2.
GOALS: MWBE 34%, WBE 0%, SDVOB 3%
PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on May 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT.
The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.
