Napa County’s Public Works Department is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for obtaining services to perform all work related to moving the Napa County Department of Corrections Facility’s employee contents, files, supplies, kitchen perishables/dry goods and other miscellaneous items from the existing Napa County Corrections Facility located at 1125 Third Street, Napa CA 94559 to the new location of the Napa County Replacement Detention Facility located at 2210 Napa-Vallejo Hwy., Napa CA 94559.

Special Requirements:

A mandatory job walk will take place on January 14, 2025 @ 10: AM for any respondents that have not already participated in a walk through. Any submittal by a firm that has not participated in a job walk will be considered non-responsive and not considered. Participants shall meet in the lobby of 1125 Third Street, Napa CA 94559 and be required to sign in and out of the job walk. If the job walk consists of multiple locations, the sign-in/sign-out process will take place at each location. Any bidder representative wishing to participate in the walkthrough must complete a background check form (Attachment C). Completed forms can be emailed to [email protected] and copy to [email protected] and received no later than Tuesday, January 7, 2025 @ 5:00 PM. PDF scans need to be clear and readable, or they may be rejected.

NOTE: The following companies that attended the mandatory job walk on October 15, 2024 during the first RFP advertisement DO NOT have to attend the mandatory job walk on January 14, 2025, and are eligible to submit a response to this RFP:
