RFP 1156 Moving Services

Project Description: MPS seeks quotes for a contractor to provide moving services as needed at a variety of MPS sites. Items to be moved will consist primarily of books that are typically found in a school, but will occasionally consist of other school related goods. While the majority of moving assignments will be between MPS buildings, there may be occasions when off-site pickups within the Milwaukee area may be required. All MPS buildings are within the city of Milwaukee. No quantities are guaranteed. MPS reserves the right to choose multiple vendors to fulfill its need. MPS anticipates it will have both large and small moves throughout the contract term. However, a typical move will require two movers (one also acting as the driver), one truck, and can be completed in one day or less.
PLEASE NOTE: NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING THIS REQUEST MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE OF THE BONFIRE MESSAGING SYSTEM; ANY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT MPS REGARDING THIS REQUEST WILL BE GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION.
