The City of Dothan, Dothan Utilities, requests proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional and technical engineering services to design a new dual-feed transmission line to feed the Monument substation in downtown Dothan, AL. This new dual-feed transmission line will enhance reliability and operational flexibility for the Dothan Utilities Electric system .
