Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Mobile Crisis Services . Please refer to RFP #25-917 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on July 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST . Register with the buyer, Garrison Frey, at GFrey@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Due Date:  August 26, 2025, by 2:00 PM EST. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Proposals will be opened via Microsoft Teams Meeting - See Details in the document to join the meeting or dial 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID: 578 167 527# and you will be conferenced in.
