RFP #26-011 Mid-Life Transit Vehicle Overhaul. The PVTA is seeking proposals from interested parties to refurbish/repair two (2) 2013 60ft articulated New Flyer Diesel-Electric Hybrid Xcelsior transit buses between 5/18/2026 and 8/18/2026.
