To solicit sealed proposals from qualified independent firm(s) to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to furnish and provide the operation of a specialized residential placements for up to 10 adults living with active and/or acute symptomology related to serious mental illness and may have recently discharged from a private or public psychiatric hospital.
