The purpose of this solicitation for Meter Reading Services (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a Company to provide Meter Reading Services for Electric and Water Meters as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
