Shall be submitted in OpenGov. Unit prices for listed
items will be held firm for the duration of the first year of
the Agreement. Proposers should acknowledge that
Medicare Advantage plan rates are established
annually and are subject to change based on the
annual rate announcements and other guidance issued
by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
(CMS). Accordingly, pricing for future plan years may
be adjusted to reflect these changes.
