Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing: Medical, Prescription Drug, Specific Stop-Loss Coverage Plans. Please refer to RFP #26-413 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on April 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST . Register with the buyer, Garrison Frey, at GFrey@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 438 419 295# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: May 19, 2026, by 11:00 AM EST. Proposals must be submitted electronically through OpenGov.
