Media Buying Services – Digital and Social Media – FY27
Notice is hereby given that Atlantic Cape Community College (“the College”) is soliciting proposals for Media Buying Services – Digital and Social Media – Fiscal Year 2027.
Proposals are being solicited through a competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.5, and will be awarded to the responsible proposer whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the College, price and other factors considered.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via the College’s Bonfire eProcurement Portal at:

Proposal Due Date:
April 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (ET)
Late submissions will not be accepted.
The contract term shall be from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, subject to approval by the Atlantic Cape Community College Board of Trustees.
All proposers are required to comply with applicable New Jersey statutes.
The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the College in accordance with applicable law.
