  The County of Marin, The County of Marin is seeking to obtain the services of a qualified design firm to perform an assessment, design, and Design Support services for the Replacement of the Video Security/Surveillance System at the Juvenile Hall Facility. The current Video Surveillance/Security System is approximately seven (7) years old, experiencing system failures, is aging towards obsolescence, and requires upgrading or replacement. This Request for Proposal is intended to provide a standard basis from which to evaluate alternatives for the Video Surveillance/Security System project by proposing the most appropriate and cost-effective Design. The proposed Design must take into consideration all aspects of Video Surveillance/Security System functionality and efficiency. Consultants who do not submit the Mandatory Background Check information by the due date will be disqualified from the proposal process.
