TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:

The following questions were submitted by a potential bidder. Our answers

are listed below in red:

1. Is it an automatic disqualification if we do not have LOSB participation in the bid?

A response that does not clearly provide a statement of your committed level of

certified LOSB participation and your approach to reaching the required goals will

be deemed “non-responsive” and therefore ineligible for award.

2. Is it an automatic disqualification if we don't fully meet the 20% goal for LOSB

participation and instead propose a lower % participation due to the highly

specialized nature of the services required under this procurement. A response

that does not clearly provide a statement of your committed level of certified

LOSB participation and your approach to reaching the required 20% goal will be

deemed “non-responsive” and therefore ineligible for award.

3. Would the County be willing to please remove the requirement to provide 9

printed hard copies of our proposal and accept email submission of our PDF and

Excel files? Facsimile or electronically submitted (emailed) proposals will not be

accepted since they do not contain original signatures.
