- I1_1. Manage all IT requirements: providing recommendations on backup systems, updating personal computers, connectivity with satellite facilities, continuous security for all connected devices, ability to remotely access our equipment to make repairs or on location when necessary. Proposal should include migration of email to Cloud based Office 365. Pricing should include all necessary equipment and hardware requirements, include timeline, to begin to provide service effective on or before May 30, 2024. Pricing should provide options to phase in new equipment as necessary and provide estimated replacement schedule for future budget purposes. The proposal should clearly identify any and all recurring costs.
