  The Marin County Department of Public Works herein referred to as (COUNTY) is inviting proposals and a description of qualifications from qualified electrical CONTRACTOR firms herein referred to as (CONTRACTOR) to operate and perform routine maintenance services, record keeping, related emergency repairs for traffic signals and other traffic devices and install upgrades. A list of County traffic control and traffic calming devices is described in Attachment B and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain all traffic signal and traffic calming devices in optimum operating condition throughout the contract period. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the California Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (CA MUTCD 2026), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), 23 CFR, State of California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS) Construction Manual Section 86, commercial practices, and manufactures specifications and warranty requirements.
