REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF GENERATORS AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT

The Douglasville ¿ Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (hereinafter referred to as the ¿Authority¿) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as ¿Offeror¿) to provide professional and technical services for the maintenance and repair of thirty-nine (39) generators including two (2) trailer-mounted mobile units for a one-year period from August 13, 2025 to August 12, 2026.

All materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary for the maintenance and repair of all generators and associated equipment will be provided by the selected contractor (hereinafter referred to as the ¿Contractor¿). All services will be ¿turnkey¿ and require minimal involvement from Authority personnel.

Proposals will be received by the Authority at its Administrative Offices, located at 8763 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134, until the date and time listed below. Proposals shall be sealed and either mailed or delivered to the Authority to ensure they are received no later than the above-specified time and date. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted or considered.

Proposals shall be received by 10:00 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

A non-mandatory Pre-proposal Conference will be held at the Authority¿s Administrative Offices, located at 8763 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134.
