REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICAL AND HVAC SERVICES TO MAINTAIN PARK FACILITIES (On-Call) REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NUMBER RFP2M25-7 IN THE CITY OF ALHAMBRA

The City of Alhambra is requesting proposals from qualified CSLB C-10, C-20 licensed electricians and HVAC to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and performance of operation in connection with On-Call electrical and HVAC services at City Parks facilities for the period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027.

A Non-Mandatory Virtual Pre-Proposal meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

Those contractors whose proposals best meet the objectives of the city may be invited to make a presentation. In order to be considered for selection, a project proposal must incorporate all of the information required in this document.
