Legal Notice for Request for Proposal (RFP)

Lorain County Veteran Service Commission (LCVSC)

The Lorain County Veterans Service Commission is seeking proposals from qualified software

development vendors to design, develop, test, and deliver a Windows-based application, with

the possibility of an additional app solution that meets the needs described in the RFP. The

LCVSC will contract with developers who can best provide the services described based on

detailed specifications outlined in the RFP.

The selection process will involve competitive negotiation procedures and will consider the

following factors and information requested in the RFP:

1. The selected respondent(s) will be responsible for the complete application development and

for training LCVSC employees on the program.

2. Respondents must have verifiable experience as software developers.

Interested developers can obtain the scope of services by emailing the LCVSC Executive

Director, Jacob Smith, at jacobs@lcvsc.com. Proposals must be submitted via email or

delivered in person to the LCVSC at 1230 N Abbe Road, Elyria, Ohio, no later than February

2nd by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The LCVSC reserves the right to reject any or all

proposals and to select the proposal deemed most favorable to the LCVSC.
