Description


The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is accepting proposals from qualified contractors for the purpose of constructing the Little River Park located at 3193 Trickum Road, 3195 Trickum Road and 25 Celandine Road Woodstock, GA 30188, herein referred to as the project. This project is comprised of two (2) phases. Phase one (1) includes the new construction of a multi-use trailway along the Linear Corridor and renovations to the existing Woodlands Park. This phase of work includes the installation of a multi-use trailway, wooden boardwalks, boardwalk bridges, prefabricated pedestrian bridges, site furnishings, a pre-engineered restroom structure, pre-engineered pavilions, a dog park and supporting infrastructure improvements. Additionally, this phase includes the renovation of an existing parking area and open space fields. Phase two (2) includes the new construction of park facilities at Trickum Road. This phase of work includes the installation of a multi-use trailway, wooden boardwalks, site furnishings, pre-engineered restroom structures, pre-engineered pavilions, a prefabricated fishing platform, a prefabricated kayak launch, a playground, a nature trail and supporting infrastructure.

Phase 2 of this project is located adjacent to the Trickum Road at Nocatee Trail Roundabout Project, which is currently under construction and is estimated to be completed in 2026. Due to the on-going roadway construction, the awarded construction firm will be required to construct Phase 1 of the Little River Park first and then, upon completion of the Trickum Road at Nocatee Trail Roundabout Project, construct Phase 2 of the Little River Park.
