Literacy Coaching
Guilford County Schools (GCS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide
comprehensive, job-embedded instructional coaching services that support the district's
implementation of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) and strengthen classroom instruction
across participating schools. Coaching services will focus on building educator capacity, improving
instructional practice, and supporting consistent, high-quality implementation of the district's
adopted curriculum materials.
Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., (EDT), Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 714 Green
Valley rd., Greensboro, NC 27408. Proposals should be made to the attention of Velicia Moore with
the RFP#6825 on the outside of the package.
