RFP - Less than Load (LTL) Demand Flat Deck Transportation Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Less than Truck Load (LTL) as further described below (the “Deliverables”):

Services of a demand nature for large package and freight consignments delivered Provincially, Nationally and Internationally on a to and from basis. This RFP may be awarded to one Supplier who can fulfill the entire requirements or may be split awarded as needed. All work is demand based and subject to change based on business requirements.

Contract Term: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2029, with two (2) one-year option years to extend

Deadline for submission: Friday June 19, 2026 @ 2:00PM CST.

Participation process:
Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.

Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with SaskTel, must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel as the first step in the registration process.
