The El Paso Independent School District (EPISD) requests proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide for leasing at least 30,000 square feet of warehouse space to store furniture, fixtures, and equipment related to various District projects. To facilitate District operations, the District’s preferred warehouse location is within proximity to the El Paso International Airport or the existing EPISD warehouse at 4900 Woodrow Bean and the political boundaries of the District, however, all locations will be considered.
