CITY OF LEOMINSTER
RFP: Lease or Purchase of the Former Police Station
Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West St, Leominster, MA 01453, until 11:00 AM, August 7, 2025, and at that time and place will be opened and read. Specifications for the above proposal required by the Office of the Mayor may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West Street, Leominster MA 01453, or the website at
www.leominster-ma.gov
on the "active bids" page under the Purchasing page, or by calling 978-962-3537.
There will be an Open House to view the interior of the structure on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 10:00am to 12:00PM (noon).
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
