The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Natural Resources, is soliciting proposals to lease / operate the food and beverage service at the Furnace Brook Golf Course in Quincy. The approved Proposer shall operate a facility as described in the specifications. The Vendor shall be granted the right to sell at retail and serve at the Furnace Brook Golf Club and premises hot and cold food and beverages (including wine, beer, malt beverages and liquor, in individual servings) during the Life of the Contract; the period beginning on February 1, 2025.
