RFP Lease of Space at 451 Elm Street to Operate a Day Care Center

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for LEASE OF SPACE AT 451 ELM STREET, NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, MA TO OPERATE A DAY CARE CENTER

Proposal Deadline: JANUARY 31, 2025, AT 11:00A.M.

Specifications and Proposal Forms may be obtained at the Town Manager’s Office at the North Attleborough Town Hall, 43 South Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA on or after January 1, 2025, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. on Friday. RFP packages will also be available online at: https://www.nattleboro.com/Bids.aspx

All vendors responding to the RFP will submit proposals, in a sealed and marked envelope as outlined in the RFP specifications package and submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office at the North Attleborough Town Hall, 43 South Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA, on or before 11:00A.M. on Friday, January 31, 2025. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to cancel this RFP if in its sole discretion it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
