The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified parties to submit proposals to enter into a lease agreement with the City of St. Joseph to operate a business in the space at 122 and 124 S. 8th Street, retail/office space in the Missouri Theater Complex. Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 4:00 P.M. on November 13, 2024.

Bid Opportunities may be viewed on the City’s Website at www.stjosephmo.gov under Government/Bids & RFPs. The proposal request may also be obtained from the Purchasing Department, 1100 Frederick Avenue, Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri or by calling (816) 271-5330.
