RFP Lease-Leaseback Electronic Access Controls Project for EAHS, SRMS, CCLA, RHS, HVES and Charter for the Arts

Santa Rosa High School District (“SRHSD”) and the Santa Rosa Elementary School District (“SRESD”) (collectively, the “District”) invites proposals from contractors for a lease-leaseback contract to perform construction services for the Elsie Allen High School, Santa Rosa Middle School, Cesar Chavez Language Academy, Ridgway High School, Hidden Valley Elementary School, and Santa Rosa Charter School for the Arts Electronic Access Controls Project (“Project”). The deadline for submitting prequalification applications shall be April 8, 2026, and the deadline for submitting proposals shall be 2:00 p.m. on April 22, 2026.
