REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Lead-Based Paint Hazard Education and Outreach

The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority), is seeking the professional services of an Agency to provide Lead Based Paint Hazard Education and Outreach.

Services to be performed include, but are not limited to, attending community events to promote the Lawrence Lead Program and provide education and outreach and hazard training to homeowner families.

Sealed proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 Tuesday April 7, 2026 to the Office of The City Clerk 200 Common Street Suite 107 Lawrence, MA 01840. RFP documents can be downloaded at https://www.cityoflawrence.com/Bids.aspx at 9:00 am on March 23, 2026.
