LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE 2024

The City of Healdsburg is soliciting proposals from qualified landscape maintenance companies to provide landscape maintenance services. The City is responsible for landscape maintenance at 23 locations citywide that include nine (9) parks, four (4) parking lots, six (6) City facilities, and three (3) school fields.

The Work required by the City in general consists of landscape maintenance; emergency repair; nonemergency routine preventative maintenance as well as scheduled repairs; new equipment upgrade and installation work; and ad hoc landscaping work billed on a time and materials basis. The Work shall be completed as described in the attached Draft Contract (Attachment 3); Terms and Conditions (Exhibit B), Technical Specifications (Exhibit D), and Special Provisions (Exhibit E).

All proposals must be received either by mail or hand-delivered to 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg CA 95448 by 2:00PM PST, October 29, 2024. The City will not accept proposals submitted by email or fax, nor will it accept proposals submitted after the specified deadline.
