RFP 25-003 LAMTD East Side Garage PD&E + 30% Design

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (the “Authority” or the “JTA”) hereby requests Sealed Proposals for RFP 25-002, LAMTD East Side Garage Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) Study + 30% Design Project.

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority the (‘Authority’ or ‘JTA’) hereby requests on behalf of the Lakeland Area Mass Transit District ('LAMTD" or 'District') in accordance with Florida Statutes, Chapter 287, Section 287.055, Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), a separately sealed Qualification Proposal and Technical Proposal from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contractor' for Request for Proposals (“RFP”) No. P-24-003 LAMTD East Side Garage Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) Study + 30% Design Project as further detailed in the Scope of Work.
