NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25262035 – Ketchikan Court and Office Parking Garage Repairs

The Contractor shall conduct a condition assessment of the parking structure beneath the Ketchikan Courthouse and Court office building in Ketchikan. Following that, the Contractor shall provide design and engineering services, and construction engineering support to effect repairs in prioritized areas of the structure.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately May 2026 to December 2027.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be less than $200,00.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be held from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on Friday, March 20, 2026 at the Ketchikan Courthouse and Court Office in Ketchikan. Please contact Henry Cole, P.E., at henry.cole@alaska.gov or (907) 451-2223.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available February 19, 2026 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than March 31, 2026, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.

Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTD number: (907) 269-0473, no later than one (1) week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements.
