Purchase FAREPAY Cards
The UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY (UTA) is requesting proposals (RFP) from responsive and
responsible qualified firms to propose for Purchase FAREPAY Cards for UTA. This Request for
Proposals is issued to enter into a single contract with an established firm to provide the
identified services. Proposals are due Friday, January 30, 2026, 2:00 pm MST, uploaded to
Bonfire/EUNA.
Please log onto Bonfire at utah.bonfirehub.com and search by the RFP number. If you need to
create an account, please select “Create Account” and then you can search UTA or the RFP number
identified on the Cover Page. If you need assistance, please email the Utah Supplier Portal Support

The contractor selected will be required to comply with all applicable Federal and State laws,
regulations and certifications, and equal employment opportunity laws and regulations. UTA, in
