(RFP) Janitorial Services - Annual Contract

Henry County is issuing this solicitation for (RFP) Janitorial Services - Annual Contract. Submissions shall be received before 3:00pm on Monday, October 13, 2025, via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

The Henry County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide janitorial services for various Henry County facilities on an annual contract basis. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this solicitation, which includes transportation, insurance, technical knowledge, expertise, supervision, management, and all things needed to provide janitorial services for various Henry County facilities on an annual contract basis. The County reserves the right to add or delete facilities/spaces as deemed necessary during the term of the contract.
