RFP #26-06, Janitorial Services - Annual Contract

The Henry County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide janitorial services for various Henry County facilities on an annual contract basis. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this RFP.
Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on October 13, 2025. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned. Proposals submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic proposals are to be submitted through the County¿s eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.
RFP¿s may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all RFP¿s and to waive any technicalities.
