NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Lamar County Board of Education, Lamar County, Mississippi, hereby gives Public
Notice, in compliance with the requirements of Section 31-7-13 Mississippi Code of 1972,
Annotated, as amended, that the Board shall receive sealed RFPs for Janitorial Services.

RFPs will be accepted until 2:00pm on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, in sealed envelopes at the
Office of Superintendent at 424 Martin Luther King Drive (P.O. Box 609) Purvis, MS 39475 or
by electronic submission.

Specifications and RFP forms may be obtained by contacting the Office of Superintendent
at (601) 794-1030. Bidders should request such specifications and bid forms by designating the
Bid Number as shown below.

Lamar County School District now offers electronic bidding. Official documents can be
downloaded from Central Bidding at www centralbidding.com. Electronic RFPs, bids and/or reverse
auction bids can be submitted at www .centralbidding.com. For any questions related to the electronic
bidding process please call Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814.

The Lamar County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids so
received and also the right to waive irregularities not in violation of the law.
