RFP: Jackson Street Water Tower Historic Park

Project Overview: The City of Elk River is seeking proposals from qualified design firms to assist in the development of a public park beneath the city’s historic water tower, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This project aims to transform a one-quarter acre parcel into a well-designed, accessible park that enhances the surrounding environment while honoring the historical significance of the water tower and explores the history of the community.
