Description
Project Description: The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek proposals from qualified firms or individuals who can provide a range of technology services to the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA). The successful vendor must be able to begin October 1, 2026, and commit to a minimum of a 12-month engagement. The preference is for one individual or company to provide the full scope of services requested under this RFP. However, consideration will be made for collaborative proposals from multiple firms or individuals if one firm or individual serves as the project manager/lead for this contract.
