Summary: Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation’s (IPTC) In this RFP (Request for Proposal), Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IPTC/IndyGo) seeks a vendor to provide our ADA Paratransit Operations and Maintenance services, known as IndyGo Access. The winning vendor will provide a combination of expertise, customer sensitivity and delivery of quality transportation service, at a reasonable price that is most advantageous to IPTC and its passengers with disabilities.
