RFP INVITATION FOR FEDERAL PROGRAMS AUDITING SERVICES
The City of Decatur is accepting bids for auditing services on the Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) – Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for calendar ending year December 31, 2024. Audit firm must be competent in all current regulatory guidelines pertaining to OMB A-133 audit of Federal programs. This will be an Alternative Compliance Examination Engagement only.

All proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., May 23, 2025 in PDF format via email to cassie@visionarymilestones.com . The City of Decatur reserves the right not to award as a result of this RFP. Questions may be addressed to cassie@visionarymilestones.com .
