The City of Rockville is requesting proposals from qualified firms with substantial experience in investment advisory, management, and consulting services for retirement plans and trust funds. The City’s retirement plans consist of a defined benefit Pension Plan, defined contribution Thrift Plan, deferred compensation 457 Plan (employee optional), and Retiree Benefit Trust.
